Capacity within the Hall remains 70 at all times. Equipment inside Heritage hall is for indoors use only. Accommodations must be provided for outdoor use by the renter.

The City does not have an office or staff on-site during the business day. Heritage Hall is a large open rectangular room and people are welcome to tour the facility independently electronically 3-D Tour or to swing by and peak through the all-glass front and back doors during daylight to see the space and determine layout for events. Only the two restrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs) and tiny kitchenette aren’t fully visible from the doors, but they are visible on the 3-D Tour and a list of amenities is provided here with links to the floor plan and garden layout available under Related Information.

Unavailable Dates: 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day

Heritage Hall is available for rent daily from 8 AM to 11 PM.         

2 hour minimum required on Monday - Thursday
4 hour minimum required on Friday - Sunday

$300 Damage Deposit required
$200 Additional Damage Deposit required with alcohol

Payment is due in Full at the time of booking.

Cancellation & Change Policy
•Cancellations 61+ days prior to rental will receive a refund of 100% of rental fees minus a $25 administrative fee.
•Cancellations 30 - 60 days prior to rental will receive a refund of 50% of rental fees.
•Cancellations Less than 30 days prior to the rental will receive no refund of rental fees. Damage deposits will be 100% refunded.

***A minimum of 61 calendar days' notice is required for rescheduling. Once the reservation process has begun, any request to change the date, rental time and/or scope of the event must be submitted in writing to eParks@kirklandwa.gov. A $25 Administrative Fee will apply. The requested change is subject to approval.

Alcohol (beer and wine only – no hard liquor or beer kegs) is an option for private functions at Heritage Hall & the Centennial Gardens.
