Rent an Indoor Parks Facility

Kirkland’s parks and facilities are great locations to hold events such as family picnics, birthday parties and weddings.

Which facility is right for me?

Do I need a permit for my event?

A permit may be needed for your event depending on your the function. If your event is a Special Event, Community Event, Film/Photography Permit, or Block Party, information can be found at the Special Events page.

A Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board (WSLCB) Banquet Permit or Special Occasion License is required to serve alcohol during indoor facility rentals. See lcb.wa.gov/licensing/banquet-permits. How do I request a rental or check the availability of a facility?

Read the guidelines and application requirements for the type of event your planning:

Check for the minimum timeframe required for a reservation/permit within the rental policies. For example, 30 calendar days is required for most indoor rentals.
Check the fees associated with an event:

- Special Events Permits
For private party use of a Heritage Hall, visit www.KirklandParks.net to check availability and book on-line. For all other indoor facilities go to the next step.
