The City is committed to helping ensure our city is safe, inclusive, and welcoming to all, including those members of our community experiencing homelessness.
King County Sexual Assault Resource Center (KCSARC) Pursuing justice through the legal system can often be a long and complex process. The City has partnered with the King County Sexual Assault Resource Center (KCSARC) to provide a dedicated Kirkland sexual assault Legal Advocate to help provide options. The partnership is a pilot program through December 31, 2026.
