50% of rental fee is due at booking. The remaining 50% of rental fee and damage deposit are due in full sixty (60) calendar days before event date.
Cancellation & Change Policy
Cancellations 61+ days prior to rental will receive a refund of 100% of rental fees minus a $25 administrative fee.
Cancellations 30 - 60 days prior to rental will receive a refund of 50% of rental fees.
Cancellations 0-29 days prior to rental will receive no refund of rental fees. Damage deposits will be 100% refunded.
*** A minimum of 61+ calendar days' notice is required for rescheduling. Once the reservation process has begun, any request to change the date, rental time and/or scope of the event must be submitted in writing to eParks@kirklandwa.gov. A $25 Administrative Fee will apply. The requested change is subject to approval.
