These pages provide overviews for the 2025 human services grant-funded programs.  Programs are divided into five goal areas; 1) Housing Stability & Food Security, 2) Supportive Relationships within Families, Neighborhoods, and Communities, 3) A Safe Haven from All Forms of Violence and Abuse, 4) Health Care to Be as Physically and Mentally Fit as Possible, and 5) Education, Job Skills and Supports to Help Individuals Reach their Full Potential.
