For more than a decade we’ve been proud to provide quality recreation programs for preschoolers, youth, teens and adults. With a wealth of class offerings in music, art, dance, drama, cooking, science, languages, yoga, fitness and more, we
invite you to explore and enjoy the center year round!
For summer-time fun and adventure, check out our new Junior Day Camps for kids ages 5-8 or our famous Peter Kirk Camps for kids ages 7-11.
Drop-In “Indoor Playground” ages 9 months-5 yrs
Don't sit in the house - come out to play in our large multipurpose room where there's lots of room to run! There are "Little Tikes" and "Step2-type" pedal and push buggies, cars, roller coaster and coupes, pirate ship climber, climber with slide, toddler teeter totter, kitchen set, workbench, small riding toys, wagon, rockers, trike, octopus merry-go-round, and small toy cars and trucks. For babies we include busy boxes, miscellaneous pull toys, and baby toys. Adults must supervise children at all times. Sorry, no snacks or drinks allowed. Please bring exact change for the cash fee. Quarterly schedules; not open during the summer.

The Peter Kirk Community Center is committed to providing opportunities for people 50 and over, to create healthy and rewarding lives for themselves and others.
To achieve the goal of promoting wellness of body, mind and spirit the Center offers a wide variety of activities and services. On any given day or evening you will see people participating in fitness classes,Pilates, Qigong, Aerobics, Yoga, a wide range of art and life long learning classes, fun special events, intergenerational programs, van trips and charter tours. The Center also provides a wide range of health, legal and financial services, a nutritional lunch five days a week and Meals on Wheels are delivered to the homebound. This drop-in facility offers the opportunity for fun, friendship and socialization in a warm and friendly atmosphere. The support and tremendous amount of volunteer hours make it possible for the community center to offer such a wide variety of activities and services.
