Below is a list of study issues, confirmed by Planning Commission and City Council at a joint meeting in July 2023. The draft will incorporate revisions that address issues in the following list:
- Update policies about emergency management
- Support increasing school capacity
- Support locating any new or expanded public facilities and schools in areas that are well served by transit and pedestrian and bicycle networks
- Add information and policies about the City and region’s response to homelessness
- Add information and policies about the City and region’s behavioral health crisis response
