Tree Code Amendments

STATUS - The City Council adopted the amendments to KZC 95 on March 15, 2022 (O-4786(PDF, 3MB)) and the new regulations became effective on May 13, 2022. For more information on the new tree regulations, visit Kirklandwa.gov/trees.

NOTE - a Petition for Review of the adopted amendments has been filed by the Master Builders of King and Snohomish County and a number of other development interests with the Washington State Central Puget Sound Growth Management Hearings Board. The petition does not change the applicability of the adopted regulations at this time.
