Non-Resident Rate: $150/hour
Damage Deposit: $300
Damage Deposit with Alcohol: additional $200
Rental Payment and Damage Deposit: 50% of the rental fee is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance and damage deposit are due in full, 60 days prior to the event date. Reservations made within 60 days of the event, 100% of the rental fees and damage deposit are due at the time of booking. Damage deposits will be fully refunded if clean-up is acceptable, no damage is noted on the facility or equipment, and all policies have been followed. The renter must sign a rental checklist before leaving the facility in order for the deposit to be returned.

- Warming kitchen including a fridge, small freezer, microwave, oven, convection oven, and sink
- 18 six-foot rectangle tables
- 12 five-foot round tables
- 175 chairs
Renters shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining at no cost to the City, all licenses, permits and other authorizations required in order to legally conduct activities in your rental. Reservations can be made up to 9 months in advance with required 30 calendar days in advance. Availability is also dependent on program schedule.
