Thank you for choosing Kirkland for your event!
We're thrilled you've selected Kirkland as your event destination! Whether you're planning a festival, concert, athletic race, parade, or any other public celebration, we're here to support you every step of the way.
To ensure your event runs smoothly, the City of Kirkland requires permits for activities held on public property or those on private property that significantly impact public use of parks or streets. This includes festivals, walks, rides, swims and other gatherings.
Please note, several types of permits are available. For private events with a specific guest list and no public advertising, you may qualify for a Facility Use Permit. Visit our Parks Facility Rental page for more details.
We understand the hard work and planning that go into organizing an event, be it a marathon or a music festival. That's why our Special Event Team is here to guide you through the permit application process, ensuring everything is seamless from start to finish.
