The program currently serves 152 adults in Supported Living in both King and Snohomish Counties. The RN's and members of the health care team set individualized health supports for each client, including a nutrition plan and for those with skilled nursing needs, a nursing care plan. Clients attend over 1,600 appointments annually for medical, dental and mental health needs.
