Ordinances, resolutions and meeting minutes are available to search and can be viewed and downloaded through our electronic document repository.

Help on Searching

Wildcards:
Using the * as a wildcard will broaden your search abilities.  For example, entering Levy* will return any entries with either Levy or Levying in the title.

Description of Search Terms:
Document Content -  allows you to search the entire content of a document for a specific word or phrase.
Record Number - all ordinances are numbered beginning with O- and resolutions are numbered beginning with R-.  Using this field with a wildcard allows you to limit your search to a specific record type by entering O-* or R-*
First Appearance - the date that an ordinance or resolution first appeared before council.  This may be the same as the final appearance date.
Final Appearance - the final date that an ordinance or resolution appeared before council.
Amended - a yes/no field indicating an ordinance or resolution has been amended.  To search this field enter either Yes or No, or T or F.
Repealed- a yes/no field indicating an ordinance or resolution has been repealed.  To search this field enter either Yes or No, or T or F.
