Performance Measures

About the 2014 Performance Measure Report

The City’s annual performance measures report demonstrates to the Kirkland community what the City is doing to achieve the City Council’s goals in ten service areas. The service areas were identified as priorities by the City Council.

In the 2014 Performance Measures Report (PDF 2MB), you will see evidence of progress the City has made toward each goal as well as areas in need of improvement. In these challenging financial times, the City is working hard to maintain and improve essential services in cost-efficient and effective ways.

Other sections

The City Council and staff use this Report to budget, develop business strategies, and to prioritize work projects.
