The 83rd Ave NE and NE 110th PL Pipe Replacement Project supports the City Council’s “Dependable Infrastructure” goal. This project removes 320 feet of an aging and undersized 12-inch stormwater pipe and replaces it with a 24-inch stormwater pipe and new storm drains.

The intersection of 83^rd Avenue NE and NE 110^th Place has a history of localized flooding which has resulted in public and private property damage, erosion in the right of way, traffic backups on Juanita Drive, and more frequent stormwater system maintenance needs. 

This project significantly reduces the risk of flooding and property damage, maintenance needs, and traffic backups caused by water over the roadway.
