Submit a Recreation Program Proposal

Are you interested in partnering with the City to instruct a program in one of our facilities?

We plan our programs six to nine months in advance and publish two recreation guides each year. Our spring/summer guide covers programs that take place in April through August and our fall/winter guide covers programs that take place in September through March. The best time to submit a new program proposal is October through December for spring/summer programs and March through May for fall/winter programs.
