The RCR Agency Operations Board was created to serve in an advisory capacity to the RCR Executive Director and Executive Board. The Operations Board is composed of the Police Chief from each Principal and representatives from public safety dispatch agencies, fire departments and partner agencies. The Operations Board meets as often as it deems necessary and not less than six times each calendar year. Meeting packets will be posted approximately three business days before the meeting.
