Your one stop access to City Hall to report non-emergency issues, request services, and ask questions. Our Kirkland is for non-emergency issues or services only. In the event of an emergency, please call 9-1-1.

IMPORTANT: Requests are not monitored 24/7, our regular business hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Web Portal

Step 1.Gather your information

Collect the address or specific location (if location specific) and a detailed description for the comments section. If relevant, include a photo.  Videos cannot be attached.

Step 2.Report to the City

Submit your request through the City's Our Kirkland portal. Select Request for Service,  enter the Location (if location specific, otherwise select next), Details and Contact Info. Click Submit.

If you would like to receive updates, Create an Our Kirkland account or Sign In to your existing account. If you would like to submit anonymously, you can do so by not filling out the contact information.

Step 3.We will review your request

The service request will be reviewed by City staff and action will be taken within 5 business days.

Step 4.Check on your request

If you created an Our Kirkland account, you can check on your request by selecting the Sign In button in the upper right-hand corner of the Our Kirkland Portal.

To view other requests, select My Requests from the top menu bar.

Mobile App

Step 1.Gather your information

Step 2.Report to the City

Submit your service request through the City's Our Kirkland app. Download the Our Kirkland app on your mobile device.

In the Our Kirkland app, click + on the service request button and follow the app’s directions.

Step 3.We will review your request

The service request will be reviewed by City staff and action will be taken within 5 business days.

Step 4.Check on your request

You can check on your request by opening the Our Kirkland app and selecting the three bars in the upper right hand corner, select 'Your Requests'.
