KIRKLAND, Wash. – Juanita Beach is closed, starting Wednesday, November 9, as a precaution due to a sewer main break that occurred upstream of Juanita Creek at NE 132nd St and 116th Ave NE.

The City of Kirkland Storm and Surface Water Division has collected samples and is completing testing of the water at Juanita Beach. Signs will be posted indicating that the beach is closed.
