KIRKLAND, Wash. – Everyone is welcome to attend a free Kirkland Health & Wellness Fair on Saturday, September 16, 2023, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Juanita High School, located at 10601 NE 132nd St. in Kirkland.
“We’re excited that the Health & Wellness Fair has returned this year, as it’s a helpful way that the City can encourage health and engagement in our community,” said Councilmember Neal Black. “The event is intended for the entire community, and we hope folks take advantage of the breadth of resources offered. We also want to express our sincere thanks to the King County Promotores Network for putting together such an important and impactful event.”
The Health & Wellness Fair will offer FREE health screenings, flu shots, other vaccines as available, dental services, bicycle helmets, and other resources from local services.
Vaccines, flu shots, and helmets will be available while supplies last.
Dental services are by appointment only for eligible King County residents. For additional information on dental services and to make a dental appointment, please call: 1-800-756-5437.
Language support will be available in Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Tagalog, Chinese, and other languages as available. This event is intended to be inclusive of all community members - all are welcome to attend and participate. The event will also offer food, music, and activities for the entire family.
This event is a collaboration by the City of Kirkland, King County Promotores Network (KCPN), Public Health-Seattle-King County, ACASA Pharmacy, Latinos Promoting Good Health, LWTech, Lake Washington School District, and the 2023 KHWF Community Planning Committee.
