Come one, come all to the inaugural Kirkland Business Pitch Competition! Cheer on local innovation and help shape the future of our local business community on April 3, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. at the Kirkland Performance Center, 350 Kirkland Ave. At this free event, attendees will hear local businesses pitch ideas at a chance to win funding and can even cast a vote for the People’s Choice Award category.
“It’s like ‘Shark Tank’ meets ‘The Voice’ finals, but it’s our local businesses vying for that next opportunity,” said Kirkland Deputy Mayor Jay Arnold. “This is not just an event – it’s a platform for entrepreneurs to showcase their groundbreaking ideas. Come to this evening of big dreams, get inspired, and celebrate innovation. It’s a night not to be missed!”
The Pitch Competition will be judged by a panel of three judges. Winners of the competition will be announced following the live pitch event. There will be one $5,000 winner in each category: People’s Choice, Start-Up, and Expansion.
Admission is free. Registration is required. For more information, and to register, visit the City’s website.
