City of Kirkland and regional partners are asking community members to voluntarily use less water. Help by reducing outdoor watering, taking shorter showers, and turning off water when brushing teeth or shaving.

The North Urban Human Services Alliance (NUHSA) recognized the extraordinary work done by the cities of Bothell, Kenmore, Kirkland, Lake Forest Park and Shoreline in creating the new Regional Crisis Response Agency to provide community mobile crisis response services across north King County and awarded the five cities with its first Building Bridges Award on January 19.
On hand from Kirkland was City Manager Kurt Triplett, Deputy City Manager Beth Goldberg, and Management Analyst Carly Joerger.
