To ensure accurate and timely posting, please write your account number clearly on your check and include the bottom payment stub from your bill. Failure to include this information may delay processing.
Payments are due on the billing date shown on your statement and will become delinquent if not paid within 30 days of that billing date. A 10% late fee will be assessed on the 31st day if payment has not been received.
Please note that additional reminder notices are not sent prior to the due date, so we encourage you to submit your payment on or before the billing date to avoid late fees. Payments received after 3:00 p.m. on the due date will be credited to your account on the next business day.

Property owners are responsible for all charges on utility bills. In certain cases, billings are made to the tenant or other designee. This alternate billing is for the convenience of the owner. If you are a tenant and receiving a bill, please be advised that a copy of any late notice will also be provided to the property owner or their designee.
