In response to questions from Kirkland community members, the City has compiled the following list of resources for community information. This list is being actively updated as more information becomes available.
Washington State Attorney General — Immigration and Keep Washington Working Guidance outlines the limits of immigration enforcement authority and how to respond to rights violations, available in multiple languages, with links to immigration legal advice and legal aid.

Washington State DSHS — Office of Refugee and Immigrant Assistance (ORIA) provides refugees appropriate services such as food, housing, medical, and childcare assistance; employment and training programs; and immigration-related legal services.
Washington State DCYF — Family Separation Rapid Response Team provides immigrant safety plan in case of family separation, including deportation preparation manual, available in multiple languages.
King County Public Health — Resources for undocumented residents in King County offers resources for undocumented residents, including healthcare, dental care, family planning, prescription discounts, bus passes, nutrition support for women and infants, and utility bill assistance.
King County Sheriff's Office — Immigrant and refugee community resource page lists local, state and national agencies providing legal immigration assistance and social services.
Northwest Immigrant Rights Project (NWIRP) provides immigration legal services, including applications for asylum, deportation defense, protections for crime victims and children, and assistance with naturalization and family visas.
