Volunteer to be a part of City hall 4 All on Saturday September 13, 2025

We have positions available in multiple time slots spanning 11 am to 4 pm.

We have volunteer shifts available including but not limited to the below categories:

  • Information Ambassador: Ask me for info (Where’s the trash, where’s the bathroom, pick up trash etc.)  
  • Lunch Distribution: Assist with checking in volunteers and staff and distribute lunches. 
  • Staff and Vendor Parking: Checking badges for only staff and volunteers for the lower parking lot  
  • Bike Valet: Assist with the bike valet setup, operations, and tear down
  • Bathroom & Water Maintenance: Toilet paper, trash, soap, water jugs
  • Waste Sorting Station: Manage waste area, walking and looking for litter/taking garbage from people/etc.
  • Set up/Tear Down Crew: Assisting staff with tents, chairs table setup/teardown
