The Civil Service Commission consists of three members, appointed by the City Manager to terms of six years. The Civil Service Commission ensures that Public Safety (Police Officers and Firefighters) are hired on the basis of merit and disciplined/terminated for cause. The Civil Service Commission meets the second Tuesday of every month at 4:00 PM
