Request a printed copy to complete by hand from the City Clerk's Office of the corresponding application form for the board(s) and/or commission(s) for which you are interested in applying to by calling us at (425) 587-3190, by email (CityClerk@kirklandwa.gov), or stopping by the Info Desk at the City of Kirkland (123 Fifth Avenue, Kirkland, WA 98033).
2. Download and complete a fillable PDF version of the corresponding application form for the board(s) and/or commission(s) for which you are interested in. Once completed, save to your computer, and email to the City Clerk's Office (CityClerk@kirklandwa.gov).
3. Download and complete the corresponding application form for the board(s) and/or commission(s) for which you are interested in. This form can be completed on your computer then printed, or printed and filled out by hand. Once completed, mail to the City Clerk's Office at the City of Kirkland (123 Fifth Avenue, Kirkland, WA 98033).
