Join the Green Kirkland Partnership to help with the restoration of Crestwoods Park. Volunteers will spend the morning participating in restoration activities which may include removing non-native invasive plants like English ivy and Himalayan blackberry, spreading mulch over cleared areas, and planting native trees, shrubs, and ground covers. No experience is necessary and tools/gloves are provided!
This event will be led by Volunteer Green Kirkland Stewards Karen & Asher.
This event generally meets the second Thursday of each month. This event will not meet in July, August, or September of 2020.
Please note that this event starts promptly at 9:00 am. Late-comers will miss the required safety talk and may not be able to participate in the event.
