Report Graffiti to the Anti-Graffiti Email or Public Works
You don't have to live with the spray painted scribble on the light post down the street or the offensive writing on the power box you pass everyday. Report it at Our Kirkland
or at (425) 587-3900. If you witness graffiti in the act, please call the Police Department at (425) 587-3400.

The Public Works Department’s goal is to remove graffiti on public property within 24 hours. When coordination with other agencies, such as Puget Sound Energy or King County/Metro is required, the response time will increase. If the graffiti is on private property, the City will contact the owner and encourage the owner to remove the graffiti immediately. You may also use the Anti-Graffiti email for reporting if it is your own property that has been vandalized with graffiti.
The best deterrent is swift removal, so residents are encouraged to report at Our Kirkland when you see unsightly graffiti around town.
When contacting the City, please try to be as specific as possible. Include on your message the exact address or approximate intersection, what the graffiti is on (i.e. fence, sign, etc), and whether it is offensive (racial, gang-related, or profanity).
For questions regarding graffiti, you may contact Streets and Grounds Division at (425) 587-3900. We appreciate your help in keeping the City of Kirkland a clean, safe place to live, work and play.
