Holmes Point Drive Stormwater

Installation begins Jan. 22 on a stormwater system on Holmes Point Drive. The new stormwater system will increase capacity. The stormwater will flow through these pipes and directly into Lake Washington. The contractor will work 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, starting Jan. 22 and finishing in April.

WHAT TO EXPECT: Kirkland’s contractor will control traffic during construction hours throughout the project.   

R.L. Alia, Kirkland’s contractor will, at times, close Holmes Point Drive at the construction site and detour traffic around it.

Mail delivery, emergency response, local residents and waste management will have access.
The project will remove a few trees.
