108th Avenue Northeast Water and Sewer Upgrade A City of Kirkland contractor continues until December the 10-month process to upgrade an aging water and sewer main along 108th Avenue Northeast.
David Brink Park Shoreline Renovation The City of Kirkland is renovating the David Brink Park shoreline to improve shoreline access, safety, habitat, and aesthetics. Portions of the shoreline bulkhead are in poor condition. Early this year, part of the southernmost bulkhead failed and fell in the water.
124th Avenue Northeast Improvements The City of Kirkland is improving the 124th Avenue Northeast corridor between Northeast 116th Street and Northeast 124th Street.
Cedar Creek Rainwater Management Project This project will control the flow of rainwater runoff and improve water quality in the Juanita Creek watershed.

100th Avenue Northeast Corridor Improvements The City of Kirkland is rebuilding 100th Avenue Northeast, between Northeast 139th and 145th streets, into a more walkable, vibrant and green corridor. The redesigned corridor will feature sidewalk-level bicycle lanes, sidewalks and five lanes for automotive traffic. The City recently installed a box culvert at Cedar Creek.
Juanita Beach Park Bathhouse Replacement Project Visitors will soon have a new bathhouse, two picnic pavilions, and a new accessible-to-all-abilities playground—that includes a swing set—to enjoy at Juanita Beach Park.

Totem Lake Park The City of Kirkland is transforming the obscure park into a recreational centerpiece of the Totem Lake Urban Center by renovating it with new bathrooms, a new boardwalk and a new accessible-to-all-abilities playground.
Slurry Seal (Street Paving) The 2012 Streets Levy is doubling the number of lane miles the City of Kirkland can slurry seal each year. Kirkland has a goal of treating every residential street in the City with slurry seal by the year 2032.
