Community Food Scrap Drop-Off

Apartment and condo residents without compost service can drop off food waste at our community drop-off points.

Utility Billing

The City of Kirkland provides water, sewer, and garbage services for our residents and businesses, and bills our customers on a bi-monthly basis. Forms provided for billing (tenant, commercial, property management) and senior/disabled rate information.

Trash, Recycling + Compost Service

Curbside garbage, recycling and compost service is provided by Waste Management.
