Get the peer and professional support you need to meet your health goals. Manage a chronic condition, break through your isolation or learn tips to live better day-to-day. Participation in the program is for one year and includes a health assessment, a personalized plan and ongoing support. Evergreen EnhanceWellness Social Work Consultation

Community Resource Specialist Consultation
Have you ever wondered if you might be eligible for financial assistance programs or other cost-saving services through the county, state, or federal government? Do you need assistance accessing public services and programs to help sustain your quality of life? The NSC Community Resource Specialist is available to help. Services include:

  • Help connecting individuals to public benefits they may be eligible for
  • Support completion of application materials to access benefits. (Examples may include accessing VA benefits, DSHS assistance, public utilities, food assistance, property tax relief, etc.)
  • Help finding housing or transportation
  • Make direct referrals to other resources for assistance
  • Serve as an advocate for individuals as needed

PEARLS Counseling
In the past two weeks, have you had little interest or pleasure in doing things? Have you been feeling down, sad, or hopeless? If you answered yes to one of the above questions, then PEARLS may be a program for you. PEARLS is an evidence based-depression management program for mild chronic depression. Food and Nutrition Services

Lunch Nutrition Program
Nutritious meals are available to anyone age 60+ on Mondays and Tuesdays at noon.  This is a congregate lunch - no to go lunches.  Please call to make a reservation to 425-587-3360

Meals on Wheels Program
Nutritious frozen meals are available for the homebound. Liquid supplements are available. For more information and to apply visit Sound Generations or call 425-403-5255.

Kirkland Hopelink Food Bank
All shoppers must be enrolled in the Food Assistance Program and after enrollment paperwork is complete, can shop immediately within market hours of operation. You can schedule a shopping appointment or walk-in. Located at 11011 120th Ave NE, Kirkland

  • Monday - appointments from 1 PM to 3 PM, walk-ins from 3 PM to 4 PM
  • Tuesday - appointments from 1 PM to 3 PM, walk-ins from 3 PM to 4 PM
