Emergency Preparedness

Emergencies or disasters could happen at any time. In case of a major disasters, professional responders like FirePolicePublic Works, and Parks & Community Services crews may not be able to reach everyone who needs help for up to two weeks.

Residents must be ready to take care of themselves and their households during an emergency. There are simple steps that everyone can take to get prepared. Working together with family, friends, coworkers, and neighbors can help our whole community be more prepared for disasters.
