Passport Fees 

- Passport fee MUST be a check or money order payable to The Department of State. Checks must be pre-printed with account holder's information as well as account and routing numbers.

- Execution fee may be paid by a check or money order to The City of Kirkland, cash, or Visa/MasterCard.

- We cannot accept incomplete or overpayments and payment is required at time of service, so please double check all fee amounts and bring extra checks/cash.

Expedite Fee and Overnight Return

An expedite fee of $60 can be added to your check to the Department of State in order to receive your passport in 3 weeks. (The expedite fee is per applicant.)

For overnight return service, please add an extra $17.13 to the Department of State check or money order.
