City Clerk

The City Clerk's Office supports the Mayor and City Council, oversees the Hearing Examiner function, maintains official City records, oversees public disclosure, and coordinates City elections with King County.

Council/Boards and Commissions

The City Clerk's office prepares the City Council meeting agenda and packet, staffs Council meetings, prepares the minutes, and follows up on legislative actions. We also manage the recruitment process for boards and commissions volunteer members.
