Demolition

Demo Permits are for demolition or deconstruction of buildings or structures that would have required a permit to erect.

You can find exterminators by searching the internet for local Pest Control Services.

Move

Move Permits are for moving or relocating structures in, out or through the city of Kirkland.

A move permit is required when one or more threshold dimensions or weights are exceeded and a City of Kirkland right-of-way is used for the move.

Sign

Sign Permits are required for installing or modifying a sign.
