Construction of a new 180,000 sq. ft. two story office building on the former PACE Chemical Company site for Google. Parking is proposed in a two story parking structure (720 stalls) beneath the office building. The plans for these public amenities include a 16-foot wide hard surface trail, a meandering secondary trail, a basketball court, resting and gathering spots, trees, beach dunes with a volleyball court, and a children's play structure
