Draft Finn Hill Neighborhood Plan- Staff is making minor edits to the final draft plan of the Neighborhood Plan based on direction from the Planning Commission at the May 25, 2017 meeting. See important information box below for May plan draft (pdf 1.72mb).

Draft Holmes Point Overlay and other tree code amendments- In response from Finn Hill residents a number of code amendments are proposed to clarify the requirements of the HPO regulations, provide opportunities for increased tree retention and stricter tree code enforcement. See August 24, 2017 Planning Commission study session packet for latest version of amendments. The Commission continues to study issues related to amendments.

Land Use Changes and Rezones- Several rezones are proposed outside and within the Holmes Point Overlay area with the goal of consolidating zoning district boundaries, or provide larger lots for greater environmental or tree protection in the Holmes Point Overlay zone. More information on the location and what is proposed for each study area is available in the box below.

Draft Street Connections Map- A proposed map showing anticipated street connections that could occur with future development is planned to be included in the Neighborhood Plan. To view a copy of the proposed draft map and description of each location see box below.

The Planning Commission will continue to hold study sessions on the Neighborhood Plan and potential code amendments throughout the fall. Check public meeting calendar  for meeting dates and agenda or Planning Commission web page on the City's website.
