Draft Finn Hill Neighborhood Plan- See October 26, 2017 Planning Commission meeting packet for draft Finn Hill Neighborhood Plan.
Holmes Point Overlay and other tree code amendments have been postponed until early 2018 to give more time to study changes. Staff continues to meet with the Finn Hill Neighborhood Alliance to discuss issues related to the potential code amendments.
Land Use Changes and Rezones- Rezones are proposed outside and within the Holmes Point Overlay area with the goal of consolidating zoning district boundaries, or provide larger lots for greater environmental or tree protection in the Holmes Point Overlay zone. Rezone of the BNA commercial area to a new Finn Hill Neighborhood Center zone is proposed including Zoning Code amendments for the FHNC to allow an increase in building height from 35ft to 55ft if certain conditions are met. See rezones map and descriptions below in box.
Draft Street Connections Map- No street connections map will be included in the neighborhood plan at this time in order to allow for more study and public input in 2018.
