Sponsors are encouraged to nominate outstanding individuals who have made significant contributions to their respective field including but not limited to: science, education, athletics, the arts (music, drama, literary, fine arts, etc.), medicine, debate, etc. The application process consists of a one-time entry submission that will be reviewed and judged by the Kirkland Park Board.

All applications become property of the City of Kirkland.
