Most fields the City of Kirkland offers each have their own pages in the menu to the left (132 Square Park, Crestwoods Park, Everest Park, Juanita Beach Park and Lee Johnson Field at Peter Kirk Park). Please visit these web pages for preliminary information on each location (click on the appropriate park type facility in the sub-navigation).
The City of Kirkland offers for use not only City of Kirkland fields, but Kirkland area Lake Washington School District fields as well. District fields are offered under an Interlocal Agreement between the City of Kirkland and Lake Washington School District. A copy of the Interlocal Agreement (a.k.a. the City-School Partnership Agreement) is available upon request.
A complete, simple list of all fields the City coordinates, City and District fields, is available as a matrix under the "Quick Link" on the right (use the "summarized" list). This document provides the location (school or park) name, the address and the original purpose of the field. Field amenities, potential availability and additional detailed information regarding all City fields is available as a secondary, more detailed matrix under the "Quick Link" offerings on the right as well (see the "Detailed" list). Within the list, field availability is only addressed seasonally. Locations are potentially available by reservation only seven days a week within their season, however the hours a site is available will vary from location to location. Park fields are generally available 8 AM to dusk. District fields are generally available during non-school/non-District programming hours, during a specific window of community hours, and those hours vary depending on if a school is an elementary school or a middle school or a high school. Specific hours offered for community permitting are covered detailed at more length in the City of Kirkland Athletic Field Use Policy and within the City/Lake Washington School District Interlocal Agreement.
