We offer free yard design advice as well as a rebate to help you transform your yard into a healthy, beautiful, family-friendly space that also protects our local creeks and lakes from excess stormwater runoff.
Homeowners who participate in a Yard Smart consultation
receive a free bag of compost AND can qualify for a rebate to cover 75% of eligible project installation costs at any one property (up to $4,000).
New participants are no longer being accepted for this program.
How does the program work?
- Get a free yard consultation
We arrange a yard consultation with participants that works for their schedule. A Yard Smart Rain Rewards expert walk the property with the participant, determine which projects work for their house, and walk through the benefits of each project. Participants will also receive a report with project recommendations.
