Adoption of New Stormwater Design Manual

Per the City of Kirkland's National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit, the 2016 King County Surface Water Design Manual (KCSWDM), 2016 King County Pollution Prevention Manual. and Kirkland Addendum to the 2016 KCSWDM was adopted by City Council and in effect for new projects as of January 1, 2017.


Training

You are invited to find out more about Stormwater Design in Kirkland.  We will be holding two training sessions on the new surface water design regulations. We will be covering the new 2016 King County Surface Water Design Manual and surface water related updates to the 2017 Pre-Approved Plans.  Please join us to learn more about these changes. 

*Wednesday, January 25th, 2017 – 1:30 to 3:30 PM (location changed to the Peter Kirk Room downstairs at City Hall, 123 5th Ave)

*Tuesday, February 7th, 2017 – 9:30 to 11:30 AM (Council Chambers at City Hall, 123 5th Ave)

No RSVP is necessary. Presentation will be the same at both sessions. Slides will be posted below under previous presentations.
