Changes were made to the Lake Shore Plaza Lot on Monday, August 1, 2005. Sixteen additional parking stalls were added. There are now four added stalls on Market Street, one stall added to the auxiliary lot and eleven stalls added to Lakeshore Drive, now making Lakeshore Drive a one-way street going northbound.

The purpose of the changes were to provide more parking in Kirkland’s downtown core.
