Kirkland adopted the 2009 King County Surface Water Design Manual effective January 2010. Due to size of the design manual, it will not be published as part of the Pre-Approved Plans. If you need to purchase a copy of the manual, please contact King County Surface Water Management at 206-296-1900, or download it from their web site. For more information regarding the use of the King County Surface Water Design Manual in the City of Kirkland, please refer to Pre-Approved Plan Policy D-2, Surface Water Design Requirements.
