The Improvement Evaluation Packet is used to estimate the dollar amount for street improvements, together with water, sewer, and storm mains, which your project will construct. The dollar amount is set by the City; based on comparable projects. The value is not determined by your contractor’s estimate to assure that the values are consistent for each project.

Your engineer will complete this packet and the development engineer will use these values for calculating fees and determining security amounts, if needed.
