• Complete continuous sidewalks on both sides of NE 85th Street between 120th Avenue NE and 132nd Avenue NE
• Complete continuous sidewalk on both sides of 124th Avenue between NE 80th Street and NE 90th Street
• Install landscape strips with trees, pedestrian lighting and street lighting on both sides of NE 85th Street
• Install landscaped channelized islands at two or three locations along the corridor
• Consolidate driveways, eliminate driveways and/or modify driveways, where possible, to meet city and state standards and to increase safety

• Add a northbound 132nd Avenue to eastbound NE 85th Street right turn lane.
• Re-stripe the southbound to eastbound left turn lane to increase vehicle storage length.

TR-0079    NE 85th Street/114th Avenue NE Intersection Improvements

• Install an additional southbound 114th Avenue NE to eastbound NE 85th Street left turn lane.
• Transition traffic lanes into existing southbound I-405 on-ramp carpool lane.

TR-0080    NE 85th Street/124th Avenue NE Intersection Improvements

• Add an channelization island for future eastbound NE 85th Street to northbound 124th Avenue NE left turn lane.

ST-0075    NE 85th Street Utility Underground Conversion

• Convert aerial utility lines to underground systems along NE 85th Street from 120th to 128th Avenue NE. 
• Install conduit underground for future utility conversion from 128th Avenue NE to 132nd Avenue NE.

SD-0025    NE 85th Street Detention/Sediment Control

• Provide water quality treatment for surface water within the 85th Street sub-basin from approximately 126th Avenue to 132nd Avenue NE (not currently treated to existing standards).
