Request for Public Disclosure

Requests for copies of police case reports may be submitted in writing to Kirkland Police Department, Records Division, 123 Fifth Avenue, Kirkland WA 98033. You may also fax your request to (425)587-3410, or drop it off in person.

Once your request is received, the Records Division will respond within 5 business days (RCW 42.17.320). All requests are subject to Public Disclosure Law.

The Kirkland Police Department is located at Kirkland City Hall in the southeast lower corner of the building. The Records Division’s hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. The Records Division is closed on holidays.

You may be required to pick up a report in person and present photo ID.
