LEOFF I Disability Board Claims (February 2005)
It has come to the attention of the Disability Board that members may not be aware of the six month window of time for submitting claims. The exception to this rule is prescription claims and Medicare reimbursement.

Joint Study Session Memo (September 2004)
The Kirkland Disability Board would like to invite you to attend a study session with the Kirkland City Council on October 5, 2004. The purpose of this study session is for the Board to educate the Council about the responsibilities and duties of the Board, talk about what we have accomplished in 2004, and inform the Council of the budgetary impacts of LEOFF I benefits.
