The following forms, checklists and information sheets are maintained as PDF files. To view PDF files correctly, it is recommended that you download the latest version of the free viewer from Adobe's website. You only need to do this once, then viewing PDF files will be a one-click operation. If you are going to build a new single family residence, you can now include the demolition work on your building application, or you can apply for the demolition separately. The demolition application includes a checklist, a site plan sample, and rodent abatement information and statement.
