If you are selling your house and would like to request a final bill, please contact the Utility Billing Office at (425) 587-3150 (e-mail: utilitybilling@kirklandwa.gov). Please allow at least 2 business days for this request, as a meter reading will have to be scheduled. Meters are read only during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, except for holidays). Please note that we do not provide final bills between tenants, only for sales transactions.
